Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is a timber product that is a substitute for steel and concrete in construction. CLT is made from several layers of solid wood panels bonded with a structural adhesive at alternating right angles. It is suitable for roofing, floor, as well as wall elements and can substantially reduce the carbon footprint compared to concrete and steel.
Mahaas offers customized CLT solutions for a variety of different applications as per client requirements.

In timber construction, LVL is used for non-visible applications such as beams and columns.
Mahaas offers LVL that is customized and prefabricated to precision dimensions as per client requirements.
